You pick Basic or Advance and one of three terms: monthly at $99.90 / $129.90, three months at $249.90 / $299.90, or annually at $749.90 / $899.90. The full term is charged up front and renews on the same date unless you cancel. Prices are in USD and include every feature in your plan — there are no per-channel, per-signal or per-lot fees, and RelayFX never takes a share of your trading profits.
Cancel from the dashboard in one click, at any time. Your subscription stays live until the end of the term you already paid for, then stops; nothing is charged again. Switching from Basic to Advance is prorated against the time left on your term, and switching down takes effect at the next renewal.
Any broker that gives you MetaTrader 5 or MetaTrader 4 credentials. RelayFX connects with your trading login only, so it can place, modify and close orders — it has no withdrawal rights and cannot move money off your account. See the broker list for the servers already pre-configured; if yours is missing, send us the server name and we add it.
Yes, on the Advance plan. The drawdown guard holds your daily and total loss ceilings, caps concurrent trades and per-pair exposure, and can freeze trading inside news windows and outside your chosen sessions. When a signal would break one of those rules, RelayFX rejects it rather than sending it. Always check the rules of your own firm — you configure the limits, RelayFX enforces them.
The trial needs no credit card. Nothing is charged automatically: when the fourteen days are up, your automation pauses and your channels, rules and history stay exactly as you left them until you choose a plan. Add a card at any point during the trial and it continues without a gap, with the remaining trial days still free.
No. RelayFX runs on our own infrastructure next to the broker servers, which is where the sub-0.3s number comes from. Your laptop can be shut, your phone can be off; the signal still fills.
