Billing & Refund Policy
How RelayFX subscription periods, payment confirmation and refund requests work.
Updated 1 November 2026
1. Before you pay
Prices are displayed in USD. Your selected plan, exact period total, crypto asset, network and payment instructions are shown before you send funds. Monthly equivalents are comparisons; the total invoice is the amount due for that period. Account creation does not automatically buy a subscription.
2. Payment confirmation and access
Use the exact asset, network, destination and amount shown in your checkout. Access depends on confirmed provider status, not a screenshot or a transfer marked as sent. Blockchain confirmations, underpayments, overpayments and provider processing can delay confirmation. View your receipt in Billing or contact support with your payment reference.
3. Renewals and plan changes
Crypto invoices are paid by you. RelayFX does not silently debit your wallet or automatically send a renewal transaction. Your current membership dates and entitlement are shown in Billing. Review the final plan, period and total before making a further payment. Unpaid checkout attempts do not renew access.
4. Refund requests
The existing Terms state that paid fees are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights. If you believe a payment was duplicated, the wrong entitlement was applied, or a statutory refund right applies, contact support@relayfx.io with the invoice ID, transaction reference and reason for the request. Requests are reviewed individually.
5. Trading outcomes and transfers
A subscription buys software access; it does not guarantee profitable trades. RelayFX subscription payments are separate from money held by your broker. Never send broker deposits to a RelayFX checkout address. Incorrect crypto networks or destinations can make funds unrecoverable; a recovery or reversal cannot be guaranteed.
6. Related information
Read the subscription terms, risk disclosure and privacy policy. Support will not ask for your password, a wallet private key or recovery phrase.
